Please select the meeting you are registering for then click the Submit button. After registering, you will be requested to submit payment for the meeting. We have provided you with a credit card payment option or you can indicate that you are paying by check.

The pre-registration fee for individuals is $60.00 up to 48 hours before the meeting.
The registration fee for Vendors requesting exhibit spae is $750.00 and must be paid in advance.
For all individuals registering at the door, or less than 48 hours prior to the event, the cost will be $80.00.
